Labourer / Plant Operators

Programmed Skilled Workforce is currently seeking reliable and safety-conscious labourers to join our client's team. This hands-on role involves a variety of manual tasks and equipment operation in a heavy-duty outdoor environment.

Labourers – Multiple Positions Available

• Hours: 38 hours per week

• Flexibility: Must be available to work away for extended periods (a few weeks at a time) throughout the year.

• Key Requirements:

  • White Card

  • Manual Handling experience

  • Fit and healthy for physical work

  • Reliable and eager to work

HC Drivers

• Role: Transport asphalt and other materials to and from job sites safely and efficiently

• Requirements:

  • HC (Heavy Combination) Driver’s Licence

  • Experience in driving heavy vehicles

  • Safety-conscious and reliable

  • Flexibility to work away for extended periods

Plant Operators

• Role: Operate various machinery and plant equipment on construction and asphalt jobs

• Requirements:

  • Experience in plant operation (asphalt plant operation is a plus)

  • Must be mechanically minded with a strong focus on safety

  • Reliable and able to work in varying conditions

  • Flexibility to work away from home for extended periods

General Requirements for All Roles:

• Reliable, motivated, and keen to work

• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment

• Flexibility to travel and work away from home

• MR licence (for some roles) and relevant industry experience are desirable, but not essential
